1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the day you receive your package to request a return or refund. For an item to be eligible for return, it must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
2. Shipping Issues (Lost or Damaged)
Lost in Transit: If the carrier confirms that your package is lost, we take full liability. We will either provide a full refund or arrange for a free reshipment.
Damaged Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the damage. We will promptly arrange for a refund or a replacement.
3. Customized Items
Please note that personalized or customized items are final sale, except when they arrive defective or have a printing error. In such cases, we will reprint and reship the item at no cost to you.
