The Alfagomma A-C619 Two-Piece Fittings are 90-degree, carbon steel hose fittings designed with an O-ring flange that meets SAE J518 Code 61 standards, ensuring durable and leak-proof connections in high-pressure applications. These fittings feature a two-piece design, which includes a ferrule, a small metal or plastic insert that compresses the hose against the fitting to create a secure, tight seal. The main difference between two-piece and one-piece fittings is that two-piece fittings are made up of separate components (ferrule and fitting), offering more flexibility for maintenance and repairs, while one-piece fittings are pre-assembled for quicker installation but with less flexibility. These A-C619 fittings are suitable for wire and textile braided hoses, thermoplastic hoses, Flexor 4, PTFE hoses, and Alfabiotech hoses in the size range of ³⁄₁₆” to 2″ ID, including Alfabiotech 3000 (1 ¼” and 1 ½”) and Alfabiotech 4000 (³⁸” to 1 ¼”).
