Alfagomma A-MBS Cutting Rings are straight, carbon steel double cutting rings designed to ensure a secure and leak-proof connection for hoses in hydraulic systems. These cutting rings, conforming to DIN 24° Light Series, create a tight seal between the hose and fitting by cutting into the hose’s surface, which prevents leakage and improves the integrity of the connection. The key difference between two-piece and one-piece fittings is that two-piece fittings consist of separate components (such as the cutting ring and nut), which are assembled together, making them more flexible and easier to replace. In contrast, one-piece fittings are a single unit, requiring complete replacement if damaged. These cutting rings are part of the A Series, which is compatible with wire and textile braided hoses, thermoplastic hoses, Flexor 4, PTFE hoses, and Alfabiotech hoses, offering reliable and strong connections for a range of fluid and hydraulic applications.
