The Alfagomma A-KFLS Two-Piece Fittings are straight, carbon steel hose ends designed to connect to Komatsu straight O-ring flanges. These fittings are part of a two-piece system, which means the fitting is made up of two main components: the hose end and the ferrule. Ferrules are metal rings that secure the hose onto the fitting, creating a tight, leak-proof seal. Two-piece fittings offer the advantage of easy repair or replacement of individual components, while one-piece fittings are solid and require complete replacement if damaged. These fittings are compatible with a variety of hoses, including wire and textile braided hoses, thermoplastic hoses, Flexor 4, and PTFE hoses in sizes from ³⁄₁₆” to 2″ and Alfabiotech hoses from ³⁄₈” to 1 ¼”. The two-piece design offers flexibility and is ideal for high-pressure hydraulic applications, ensuring a strong, secure connection in demanding environments, including heavy machinery and industrial systems.
