The Alfagomma TR1MT Series Single wire Braid Hose is designed for medium-pressure applications, specifically for hydraulic systems that use petroleum-based fluids, hot oils, greases, lubricants, crude oils, air, and water. This hose is built with a seamless synthetic rubber tube that is resistant to oil, high temperatures, and wear. Its high-tensile steel wire braid reinforcement ensures durability and strength under pressure. The cover is made of synthetic rubber that offers resistance to weather, oils, fuels, ozone, and abrasion. With a service temperature range from -40°F (-40°C) to +212°F (+100°C) in constant operation, this hose is suitable for applications in harsh environments. For air or gas applications above 250 psi (1.7 MPa), the cover should be pin-pricked to allow trapped air to escape and prevent pressure buildup, improving performance and longevity. This hose meets or exceeds ISO 1436-1, SAE 100 R1AT/R1S, and EN 853 1SN standards, with flame resistance approval from MSHA IC-152/16.
