The Alfagomma TR2MT Series Double Wire Braid Hydraulic Hose is designed for medium-pressure applications that involve high-temperature petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, hot oils, greases, lubricants, crude oils, air, and water. Its seamless synthetic rubber tube is oil-resistant, while the high-tensile steel wire braid reinforcement provides exceptional strength and durability. The hose’s cover is made of synthetic rubber, which offers excellent resistance to weather, oil, fuel, ozone, and abrasion, making it highly durable in demanding environments. With a service temperature range of -40°F (-40°C) to +212°F (+100°C), it ensures reliable operation. For air or gas applications above 250 PSI (1.7 MPa), the cover should be pin-pricked to release trapped air and prevent pressure buildup, enhancing hose performance and longevity. This hose meets or exceeds SAE 100 R2AT, ISO 1436-1, SAE 100 R2AT/R2S, EN 853 2SN standards, and MSHA IC-152/16 flame resistance, making it ideal for high-performance hydraulic systems in challenging conditions.
