Our Superlok Series SBHU fractional tube unions, crafted from high-quality 316 stainless steel, are essential components for securing two tubing runs through panels or control boards in industries such as gas measurement and OEM manufacturing. These bulkhead unions are mounted using a hex nut, providing a secure connection to the panel. Proper installation occurs when the tubing is seated on the shoulder of the bulkhead union fitting. Once the nut is tightened 1 and ¼ turns from finger tight, the ferrules and nut create a strong, leak-proof seal. These unions are ideal for fluid systems that require secure, durable, and efficient connections in high-performance applications.
